great value but needs minor improvements
The rooms were spacious enough for two, allowing fresh air circulation which I appreciated. The reception staff displayed a high level of professionalism and friendliness throughout my stay.
Some bathrooms lacked privacy due to their design.

fantastic access to top parks and museums for city strolls
I loved how we were just a 30-minute stroll from Buckingham Palace and the beautiful greenery of Hyde Park, making it so easy to explore and enjoy the scenery while walking in the heart of London. even with a few inconveniences known from other reviews, I cherished the vibe in this bustling area that invites exploration.

The Hotel Lily offers a practical stay with clean rooms and friendly staff, ideal for short visits. Breakfast is decent, but the room size can feel cramped, especially in warm weather due to limited ventilation. The good location compensates for its few downsides.

We had a lovely time, especially enjoying the cozy double room and the unexpected surprise of a complimentary bottle of wine. The hotel offers a relaxing outdoor garden and a small spa area to unwind after a busy day. Only downside was that the shower temperature was a bit tricky to adjust, but it didn't ruin our stay. 🌟

Good location near transport, but the lift was too small for luggage.

Got a great night’s sleep and the location was fab, right by the subway! The shower worked like a charm – well, after I figured out the hot-cold dilemma! Talk about a mini-adventure.
But, darling, finding bugs in the room felt more like camping than a city stay! I mean, I like nature but not that close and personal.

missingWrote a review on May 25location conveniencestaff friendlinesscomfortable bedcleanliness issueslimited breakfastroom size
The location of the hotel was really handy. It was easy to access the bus and train stations nearby, which made getting around London much simpler. The staff were friendly and accommodating when I asked for extra toast and coffee at breakfast. That being said, the room was quite small and lacked basic amenities like a plug in the basin and a working bedside light. The bathroom also had some mold issues, and the TV remote had to be picked up from reception, which was inconvenient. The air quality wasn’t great either, making the room feel stuffy without proper ventilation. Breakfast choices were limited, with just beans and eggs available, which wasn’t ideal.
